Paul Savoie started racing karts at
the age of 17 but soon moved to open wheel race cars, attending
the Skip Barber Racing school. Paul took some time off from his
racing career to attend college and university. He graduated
from Northwood university in Florida with a Bachelor of Business
Administration Degree. During his last year at Northwood, Paul
resumed his racing career, competing in the 14 race Skip Barber
Formula 2000 Championship. After moving back to Canada, Paul
competed for two seasons in the Canadian Champ Car Lights
Championship, a professional formula 2000 open wheel series in
eastern Canada.
Paul returned to Saskatoon in 2003 where he resides with his
wife Carla and their children Alexandra, Josh, and Oliver. |
